Communication

Newsletters are distributed every month. These newsletters are distributed via email. Extra information is given out in newsletter form for special events such as examinations, competitions, costuming, and concerts. Communication via email is also available; admin@dancedynamics.net.au. The dance school also has a web site: www.dancedynamics.net.au.

During term 1, parent's will be invited to an open day in order to view classes at the dance studio, otherwise class sessions are closed. Dates for this will be listed in the term newsletters distributed through the dance school. There will also be an open dress day once a term for students to wear their choice of dance wear/ concert costumes from past events.

At the end of 2nd term a Dance Dynamics Display Day will be held- showcasing the work the students have achieved up to this point. This will be held in a venue suitable for this occasion.

Examination rehearsals may be held for some levels and will also serve as an opportunity for parents to observe the students work in term 2 and 3 as well as concert dress rehearsals in term 4.

Additional newsletters and booklets will be issued for special events also via email. These will include- examinations, concerts, display days, fundraising, and competitions.
